Really Local Group has been appointed by Sutton Council to re-purpose the former Chicago’s nightclub that has stood empty since 2013.
The new development will feature auditoria used for cinema or live performance, a café, a bar, an accessible workspace, and a facility offering performing arts classes and more. Throwley Yard will be carbon-neutral in line with the Council’s commitment to reach net-zero.
Launching in 2024.
